Best Customer service ever

I had a problem with my scooter due to my own fault I got in touch with very helpful RIc who arranged me to go see "superstar" mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name ) in Alexandria He fixed my scooter and went to an extraordinary length to help me out I much appreciate it Thankyou Eddie

Best customer and service support

Got a trouble on my scooter this week and called the customer support, the agent was so kind and helpful in all my queries and scheduled me a technician assistance immediately. When i brought my Mearth X Pro for service, Heather is so awesome and he quickly fixed my scooter in less than 30 mins. He is also kind to allow us test drive the Mearth S Pro which i promise myself to buy next time. Kudos Mearth for fantastic product and service!

Good Scooter, does everything it should do.

Front wheel is not straight and I can't correct it, would have liked more support on the issue. For the price it's ok but perhaps other brands at the same price might have better support. 70/30 happy with it.
