Troubleshooting Mobile Checkout - Clearing Your Browser Cache

Customers Unable to Checkout

There are isolated cases that customers are unable to put their information and proceed to checkout. Here are some steps that might solve this problem:

  1. Clear the cookies and browser cache. Then reload the browser. Note: Doing this will erase all your browser search history, passwords and cookies.
  2. Try to use an incognito browser or a different browser.
  3. Make sure your web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  4. Try switching device: phone,desktop, tablet

 

 

Here's a quick guide on clearing your browser:

Chrome clear cache
Computer:

In Chrome app

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  1. Click Clear data.

Android:
In the Chrome app

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
  2. At the top right, tap More .
  3. Tap History Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Tap Clear data.
  7. Iphone * IPad:
  8. Before clearing cache & cookies
  9. When you clear your cache and cookies, your browser might sign you out of your Google Account.


In the Chrome app

  1. On your iphone or iPad, open the Chrome app .
  1. At the bottom, tap More .
  2. Tap History Clear browsing data.
  3. Make sure there’s a check mark next to “Cookies, Site Data,” and “Cached Images and Files.”
