1) Check the charging status by attaching the charger
2) Check the power button if it is not clicking
3) Check the Accelerator connection
1) Charge until it is full (a green light appears on charger).
2) Press throttle up and down randomly. Sometimes it releases the Power button and it starts clicking again.
3) Change the throttle in case it doesn't work.
4) Ask if there is any warning or Error code during your ride. If nothing works, then open the deck and directly check the battery and the controller.
1) Confirm if an error code appears on the screen before turning it OFF.
2) Check if the scooter is fully charged.
1) It could be due to the battery logic board malfunctioning which can cause the undercharging.
1) If this is the case, change the battery or the logic board
2) If the e-scooter is fully charged and no error code appears, then check the connections.
Ride after changing the display. If the same thing still happens, change the battery.
E-scooter does not GO even after pressing the Accelerator.
1) Check if the brake lights are blinking. If yes, then the
electric brake switch is disconnected or broken. Fix the brake switch so it will start accelerating.
2) In case it is a different model, like a GTS, look for the STOP or warning sign that appears on the screen caused by the electric brake.
3) Check the brake switch
if it will start accelerating.
“Motor failure”
1) Check the connections
between the motor and the controller.
2) If possible, open the motor
and check the connections.
3) If nothing works, change the
motor.
A magnet inside the Accelerator is
misplaced and is malfunctioning.
Replace Display/Accelerator.
“Controller failure”
Change controller
“Switch off the brake.”
The electrical brake or switch is
malfunctioning. Check the
connections and the logic board.
If it is still not resolved, then change the controller.
It happens when battery is nearly empty and undergoing a critical
voltage issue.
1) Charge the e-scooter’s battery.
2) If the “under voltage protection” message keeps coming appearing when the battery is fully charged, then the battery is malfunctioning. Change the battery promptly.
Meter/display fails to receive
controller output.
1) Check your e-scooter’s connections.
2) If there is no issue, then change the Display feature.
The Controller fails to receive the
Meter/display output.
Check the connections. If there is no issue, then change the Controller.
Check the gap between disc and braking pads. Adjust it if gap is bigger than 1mm. You can adjust the disc pad from the screw attached with a brake handle or disc brake. Use a disc brake cleaner for better performance.
Check the air pressure and do not exceed the limit provided in user guide. It is also written on the tire as well.
Make sure the folding is tight all the time and it is not loose.
Do not tighten or loosen the folding screw unless it is needed for maintenance.
Make sure all screws are tight and
there is no screw missing.
Use lock tight if they keep coming loose.
Make sure to close the charging port cover after charging.
1) Change the brake pads.
2) Add screw tightly on both wheel knobs.
3) Tighten the disc plate screws and check if the disc plate is straight/not bent.
4) Lubricate and clean wheel bearings.
5) Tight all screws and apply thread lock on folding screw after adjustment
( if required)
6) Check the deck screws and make sure it is completely sealed.
7) Clean mud guards and check the rear foot brake pad.
8)Change them if necessary.
9)Lubricate the throttle (if required)
1) Change the disc brake wire worn out due to dust and constant use, as it can get stuck and will
affect braking.
2)Check the tires. Change if necessary.
3) Check the charger and battery voltage.
4)Follow the maintenance procedure discussed earlier.
1) Change the wheel knobs and screws.
2) Change motor and rotor screws
(if necessary)

4)Change disk brake
1) Check if the ignition key is turned ON and it shows the voltage.
2) Check the Power button to see if it is not clicking.
3) Check the Accelerator connection.
4) If the voltage meter is not showing also, and neither is the Display turned on, there might be an issue with the ignition key switch connection.
Check the connections with the Controller.
Better to try with a spare ignition key.
Replace the ignition key if the problem is in the ignition key set.
1) If the voltage is turned ON,
then it means the display is malfunctioning.
Change it and check again.
If it still does not work, check the connection with the Controller.

4) Ask an accredited/licensed mechanic if there was a problem is in the ignition key set.

“Brake failure”
Check the brake switch to know if it will start accelerating.

Motor Failure
1.Check the connections between the motor and the controller.
2. If possible, open the motor and check the connections.
3. If nothing works, change the motor.

Replace Display/Accelerator.
Controller Failure
Change the controller.
Switch off the brake
If the electrical brake or switch is malfunctioning, check the connections and logic board.
If the issue is not resolved, then change the controller.
“Under Voltage Protection”
1.Charge the e-scooter battery.
2.If the ‘under critical voltage’ keeps appearing even when the battery is full charged, the battery is malfunctioning.
To resolve it, change the battery.
“Communication Failure”
The Meter/display fails to receive the controller output.
Check the connections.
If no issue is found, then change the display.
“Communication Failure”
1. The Controller fails to receive Meter/ display output.
2. Check the connections. If there is no issue found,
then change the controller.
Communication Failure Between
Instrument and controller
1. Check the communication line between Display and controller.
Check the connection pins if they are coming out.
2. You can directly attach the spare display unit with a controller.
3. If errors disappear,
then change the communication line. If error stays then change
display or controller.
The Accelerator is malfunctioning.
Remove the Accelerator.
Motor hall effect.
1. Check the motor hall wires and connections.
If no damage or issue is found
in wires, change the motor.
Under voltage (the meter has a
power display and flickers,
the alarm sound is heard)
1. Change the battery to a test controller.
2. If the issue stays, then replace the controller.
3. If issue resolve after replacing battery then replace the faulty battery with new battery.
Over current
1.The MOS transistor inside the controller is broken and causes a short circuit, that doesn’t stop even after the transistor is turned off.
2.During high-speed riding, when the e-scooter passes through a pothole, the motor is subject to strong resistance and generates a large reverse current, which will disappear after turn off .
1. Turn off the scooter and then turn it ON.
2. If the issue keeps happening even when riding on smooth roads after a few minutes' ride, then change the controller.
The connection between the controller and battery is loose.
1. Make sure the connection between the battery and the controller is firm.
2. Change the battery if the issue keeps persisting.
After a 100m to 500m ride, a small thermometer sign will show up and the display will start beeping.
1. Check the white connection wire placed between the Controller and motor.
2. If the wire is not loose/ damaged, replace the Controller.
If the issue is still not resolved,
change the motor.
It might be the accelerator/battery/
controller malfunctioning.
1.Check the battery and test it using a replacement battery.
2.Test the Controller by attaching a spare display.
If it does not turn on, then change the Controller.
If it does turn ON, then the issue is in the communication line, or the original display has stopped working.
3.Change the corresponding component.
4. If the brake light stays ON then it is a brake switch issue.
Change it or fix the wire.
1. It might be on push mode.
2. Go to P2 (auto start) settings to test on auto start.
1. First check the Accelerator.
Try to replace it and see if it works.
2. If there is no issue with the accelerator, then put the e-scooter on a sturdy table to check where the motor can move freely.
3. Change the setting on Auto start (P2)
4. Open the controller and check the wiring.
5. If there is no issue in the working and color combination of motor wires then attach a spare Controller and Accelerator to the Controller.
Depending on the result, change the Controller or motor.
Motor Hall Effect
1. Check the motor hall wires and connections.
2. If there is no damage or issue found in the wires, change the motor.
1) After a 100m to 500m ride,

2) This issue is for short rides only.
3) Ring scooters during summer and over hilly areas can result to an increase in temperature in the controller/ motor.
If that’s the case, let it cool down.
1) When this happens, check if the battery is hot or if the Controller area is hot.
2) Mostly the controller is the problem and needs replacement.
3) If the issue is recurring,
then change the battery too.
1) The connection between the
controller and battery is loose.

1) Check the lock to see if there is any space.
2) Clean the battery and the Controller poles.
3) Change the battery if the
issue continues.
CIt might be the accelerator/ battery/ Controller that’s malfunctioning.

with a replacement battery.

2) If it doesn’t turn on then
change the Controller.
3) If it doesn’t work despite changing the Controller, the issue is in the communication line
or the original display has stopped
working.
4) Change the corresponding component.
If the brakes light stays ON
then the issue is in the brake light switch.
1) To address the issue, change the wire or fix it.
2) Check the electric brake switch.
3) As it is engaged, the accelerator won’t work.
4) Replace it if necessary.
1) It might be on push mode,
so go to P2 settings to test the auto start.
2) The Motor connection might be loose.
3) The Accelerator might not be working.
1) First check the Accelerator.
Try to replace it and see if it works.
2) If there’s no issue with the Accelerator then place the scooter somewhere where the motor can move freely.
3) Change the setting to P2 (Auto start).
4) Open the controller and check the wirings.
5) If there’s no issue found in the working and color combination of the motor wires then attach the spare Controller and Accelerator.
6) Depending on the result,
change Controller or motor.
