Do you offer free shipping for E-bike and E-scooters?
Ans: Yes, we offer free shipping to Australia wide, only E-bike is limited to Sydney at the moment and shipping times will depend on the postcode.
What is max weight capacity for E-bike?
Ans: The max weight capacity for E-bike is 110kg
How to start Mearth X e-scooter motor?
Ans: Mearth X motor can only start with a speed of 4km/hr, just accelerate manually and then press the throttle
Is the scooter legal in Australia?
Ans: There is no license for the Mearth e-Scooter, although it is not road legal and we do recommend that it be used on private land only. However, it is the rider's discretion on where they choose to use it. We always do suggest checking the local state laws however we have had no issues from any of our customers who have purchased the Mearth e-Scooter in regards to this.
Can I click and pick-up?
Ans: Yes, please place an order in our website and provide us your order number and we’ll notify our office that you’ll come and pick it up.
Can I test your scooter / e-bike before I order?
Ans:Yes, you are more than welcome to come to our office to test some of our products! We are located at 114A Pyrmont Bridge Road, Annandale, NSW 2038. Our office hours are from 9 am – 5 pm
Are you shipping abroad/international?
Ans: We only ship to Australia at the moment.
Do you have student discount?
Ans: We currently do not offer student discount.
Why the Bluetooth is not working and do you have apps?
Ans: Bluetooth is a future app of Mearth X and in the developing phase. We currently do not have an app for our e-scooter, but we will definitely have one in one the future.
What is E6, E7 error?

What is your repair policy for non-warranty Mearth products or if the issue is not covered by the warranty?
Ans: If the component can be replaced, Mearth will inform you of the cost of the component and send it to you as soon as we receive the payment. Otherwise, MEARTH will ask you to send the product to our office for repair, we will advise you of the quoted repair fee before we proceed with the repair. Once we received your payment, we will fix the problem and advise you when you can pick it up.
