Do I need to create an account to order?

Yes, you can create an account even during check out.

Do you offer free shipping for E-bike and E-scooters?

Yes, we offer free shipping anywhere in Australia. Please note that E-Bikes are limited to delivery in Sydney only, at the moment, and shipping times will depend on the postcode.

Are e-scooters legal in Australia?

It depends on where you are located. Each state has different laws in terms of electric scooters. For more information, check out our blog on this: Electric Scooter Laws in Australia.

Can I order online and pick the item up personally?

Yes, you can. Please place an order on our website and then put on the customer notes during check out that you wish to pick up the item personally. Please provide the date and time.

Can I test your e-scooter / e-bike before I order?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come to our office to test some of our products! Please book a schedule first via this page. Our office address is Unit 1 Workit Spaces Unit B1/13, 21 Mandible St., Alexandria NSW.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We only ship to Australia at the moment but we’re working on expanding to other countries soon.

How long should I wait until my order arrives?

Arrival days can vary depending on which state you want to ship the items. Please refer to the table on this page for more information. Please note that waiting time will depend on the availability of the item. Items up for pre-order may take up to a few weeks.

Do you offer student discounts?

We currently do not offer student discounts.

Do you have available apps on iOS or Android app?

Our scooters currently do not have mobile apps but they’re on the development phase.

What is your repair policy for Mearth products if it’s not covered by warranty?

If the component in need of repair can be replaced, Mearth will inform you of the cost of the component and that will be up for another online order. If not, MEARTH will ask you to send the product to our office for repairs. Please fill out this request form and our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.

I've seen your products priced cheaper on other sites. Do you do price matches?

Yes, we can do price matches. We’ve partnered up with several resellers and retailers. If you’ve seen our products listed elsewhere with a cheaper price tag, but prefer to purchase directly from us, please send us a screenshot or a link of the listing and send us an email at jay@mearth.com.au requesting for a price match. You can also send us a chat on the website. We only accept price matches for brand new electric scooters or combos from official retail partners such as Kogan, eBay, Scoot City Australia, and more. We have the right to reject requests if the listings are from sites that we deemed are unofficial partners.

Comparing Mearth X Pro to Mearth X

How does Mearth X Pro maintain the same mileage specs of Mearth X?

With a more efficient electric design. The max range of Mearth X is at 35km, while the X Pro without an external battery can already reach up to 30km.

What is the specs of Mearth X Pro?

The same specs as Mearth X but internal structure have changed and became much more reliable. We have to improve a lot in quality management control.

What is the difference between Mearth X and Mearth X Pro?

The two models have the same specs; the difference between them aside from the massive display screen and external battery is that the Mearth X Pro has a more efficient electric design. The experiment rides the X Pro without the external battery has 3-5km less than X. We also have improved a lot in quality management control of the X Pro model.

Do you have any other color available for your Mearth e-scooter?

Both of the Mearth Scooters of the models have one colour available.

Can you turn off the ambient lights of the Mearth e-scooters?

The ambient lights can be turned on/off in conjunction with the headlights.
